Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile applications ("Apps") provided by Forem Innovations Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") under the Forem Suite brand. By downloading, installing, or using any of our Apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Apps, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Apps.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Apps. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian to use our Apps and that they have read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

3. User Accounts

• Some Apps allow or require you to sign in using Google Sign-in or Apple Sign-in.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Permitted Use

You may use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Apps.
• Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on the Apps.
• Use the Apps for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorised purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Apps, servers, or networks connected to the Apps.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Apps or related systems.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Apps.
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code.

5. User Content

5.1 Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create within the Apps, including tasks, notes, expenses, health records, recipes, and other data ("User Content"). We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content.

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or infringe on the rights of any third party.

5.3 Data Storage

Your User Content is stored locally on your device and, if you enable cloud sync, in your connected cloud storage account. We are not responsible for any loss of data resulting from device failure, deletion of the App, or third-party cloud service issues.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Apps — including but not limited to the software, design, graphics, logos, trademarks, and content — are owned by or licensed to Forem Innovations Private Limited.

The Forem Suite name, logo, and all related product names, trademarks, and service marks are the property of Forem Innovations Private Limited. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

Our Apps may contain links to or integrations with third-party services (e.g., Google, Apple, weather data providers, NHAI). These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.

8. App Availability & Updates

• We strive to keep our Apps available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
• We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Apps at any time.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any App or feature with reasonable notice.
• Some Apps or features may be available only on certain platforms (iOS, Android, Web).

9. Pricing & Payments

Most Forem Suite apps are available at no cost. Certain Apps or features may require payment or offer premium tiers (e.g., FlavorFinder AI Pro). Pricing and payment terms for paid features are displayed within the respective App or app store listing.

All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective refund policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data provided by the Apps (including toll calculations, weather forecasts, AI-generated recipes, or news content).
• Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Apps.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Forem Innovations Private Limited and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities.
• Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Apps.
• Damages arising from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forem Innovations Private Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Apps.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of a third party.
• Your User Content.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Apps ceases immediately.
• Data stored locally on your device remains accessible to you.
• We are not obligated to retain or provide copies of your data.

You may stop using the Apps and delete them from your device at any time.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hubli, Karnataka, India.

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at the email address below.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Forem Innovations Private Limited regarding the use of our Apps and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
